LED Bulbs:

Our LED bulbs are constructed using CREE components, the finest available. We provide a full 3-year replacement warranty.

Replacements are provided at no charge. A small shipping charge may apply if the replacement is not being installed by us.

Warranty Coverage Excludes:

  • Damage caused by landscapers or other persons performing yard or shrub services
  • Damage caused by moving components
  • Damage caused by flooding in areas where components are installed
  • Damage from acts of nature

The most common events that may damage the system include power outages followed by power surges and lightning.
Significant surges are more likely to damage timers, transformers, and bulbs.

Near lightning strikes can send charges through the ground that may burn up LED bulbs, timers, fixtures, or transformers.
A common symptom is multiple bulbs failing at the same time.
